7-Day Easy Replacement Policy
At Yarmacart, we are committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Replacement:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- A proof of purchase (Order ID) and a clear photo/video of the defective product are required.
- If a replacement is not available in stock, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit.
How to Initiate a Return:
Please email us at support@yarmacart.com with your Order ID and images of the product. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24-48 hours.
Note: Gift cards and items purchased during clearance sales are non-returnable and non-refundable.
